Policies

Classes

Cancel at least 8 hours before class: no fee.
Late cancel (within 8 hours): $10 fee.
No-show: $15 fee.
Courtesy waiver: One allowed every 6 months.

Workshops & Events

Cancel 48 hours or more before event: account credit or refund minus a 20% processing fee.
Cancel less than 48 hours before or no-show: non-refundable.
Member-only workshops:
Cancel less than 24 hours before = $10 fee
No-show = $15 fee
If the studio cancels: full refund or credit provided.

Teacher Training

Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to a future training date.
Cancel more than 30 days before start: refund minus deposit.
Cancel within 30 days of start: no refunds; tuition may be applied to a future training.
Lifetime access includes all live and in-person modules; participants may repeat sessions anytime.
Once training begins: no refunds.

Retreats

All retreat sales are final.
Cancel 30 days or more before start: payment may be applied to a future retreat within 1 year (after 1 year, credit expires).
Cancel less than 30 days before start: no refund or credit.
Emergencies will be reviewed by management; exceptions may apply.
If the studio cancels: full refund provided.

Private Sessions

Cancel 24 hours or more before session: no penalty.
Cancel within 24 hours or no-show: full session fee charged.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before session.

General Notes

Cancellations must be made through the Arketa app or booking system.
A valid credit card on file is required for applicable fees.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
